This achievement does take a while if you're not lucky enough to have the shadow be at the proper time when you arrive to set this up. When you use it, it might seem that the sky just happens to be foggy that day that isn't actually the case, you just have to wait on top of the sundial's obelisk for the sun to come out. The Dawn & Dusk skill is a big help for this achievement. Count two torches to the left of that center line and wait for the shadow of the sundial to fall between them.Ī safe jump would be done at 11AM or so, just to prevent the shadow from "technically" not being past 10AM or being after 12PM. That's 12PM, and each line represents one hour. Once at the top, take note of the one line in the middle that has an opening in the wall at the end of it instead of a torch. The sundial isn't technically a location, but you'll want to jump off of it between 10AM and 12PM to get an achievement. Easily identifiable as a rectangle with lines in it, with the pillar at the center. Location: Northeast of Arsinoe's marker on the map. There are fewer enemies here than there appear to be, so it should actually be pretty easy to wipe this place clean. The captain and treasure, on the other hand, are on top of the structure. Location: Amenmesse Pyramid Campĭuring the story, you enter the interior of the pyramid. Inside are dual blades that will finish the quest when picked up. Redirect the mirrors towards the two statues closest to the middle of the temple so that they shine on the door you got the crystal from. Once it's in place it'll send beams of light into the temple towards two mirrors. Look for some weak-looking roots and smash them apart so you can find a crystal that belongs at the top of the viewpoint.

First, travel to the Temple of Thoth in Arsinoe and jump down to the massive tree in the middle of the temple. After receiving a scroll from Gamilat during the main story, you'll be given this quest to solve the riddle inside the scroll.
